30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We stand behind Unhooked™ with a 30-day risk-free trial. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to try it in real-world situations and request a return if it's not significantly reducing your cigarette cravings.
How to Start a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or gently used, with all original components, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@tryunhooked.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
- Photos of the product if damaged or defective
If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@tryunhooked.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Parts are missing from your order
We'll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:
- Flavor cores that have been opened or used (unopened cores in original sealed packaging are returnable)
- Items showing signs of wear beyond normal use
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
The Unhooked device itself is fully returnable within 30 days, even if used. We want you to actually try it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact hello@tryunhooked.com and we'll help facilitate this process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or gently used, with all original components and packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Processing Timeline:
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you within 2-3 business days
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Refund Amount:
- Full product refund (including original shipping if item is defective)
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@tryunhooked.com.
Our Commitment
We created the 30-day trial because we know you've probably wasted hundreds of dollars on patches and gum that didn't work. We want you to actually use Unhooked™ in your trigger situations — after meals, with coffee, while driving — and see if it helps. If it doesn't significantly reduce your cravings, we don't want your money.
